Since being elected as Alaska’s governor, Sarah Palin has occasionally attended Juneau Christian Center. As a result, we have received many inquiries concerning her character and beliefs.

We enjoy having her visit our congregation; however, we do not speak for Governor Palin, nor do we make any representations as to her spiritual beliefs. We do believe that she is a woman of integrity - a strong leader with the heart of a servant.

Naturally, we are pleased that a person we are acquainted with and respect has been selected as a vice-presidential candidate. As a church, however, we do not endorse any candidate for any office.

Finally, we believe we should respect and pray for the individuals that God places in authority, and will continue to do so regardless of the election outcome.
